The Busby Doze is a 13½" XPlush hybrid mattress engineered for sleepers who want deep, enveloping comfort without sacrificing support. A 2" Serene™ foam comfort layer — double the depth of the Nod — works alongside CoolGel quilting and individually wrapped coils to deliver responsive pressure relief from the very first night.
